Russian nuclear submarine breaks down during transit of Danish Straits

The Russian submarine Orel had a short breakdown during transit of Great Belt last week. Orel is an Oscar II-class nuclear attack submarine, and it was on it’s way back to the Atlantic after appearing at the annual naval day parade in Saint Petersburg.

Here are my thoughts.
